(i.e. We offer free shipping, but if you paid extra for priority shipping, this charge is non-refundable.)

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your refund request via the contact form on our website or by e-mail (hello@goldandgrove.com) within 60 days. This timeframe starts from the date your order is delivered and is determined by the delivery date we receive from USPS tracking.
  • Unused items that are in their original condition and still sealed will be asked to be shipped back.

  • Please provide your name, order number if you have it, and the reason for a return.
  • Our offices are open Monday-Friday, 9AM-4PM MST. All refund requests will be responded to in the manner they're received, and any requests sent on Friday or over the weekend may not be responded to until business hours resume on Monday.
  • We respond to ALL refund requests and will confirm your refund status eligibility as soon as possible.
